Hunting and Lodging Rates

4 or more for your own private group on our AM Waterfowl Hunts, 3 or less and we may combine up to 6 total hunters, depending on conditions. We can accommodate large groups as well.

On a typical day we will arrive at the farm we will be hunting around an hour before shooting time  and hunt until noon. We normally target puddle ducks as well as Specklebelly Geese on these hunts and can customize the hunting experience to target what our hunters are desiring to harvest. We do make adjustments to this depending on weather. During the freeze, we may go out later in the day and hunt the thaw or the warmest part of the day when birds will be more active. 

We winter large numbers of Specklebelly Geese in our area, which gives us the opportunity to harvest solid numbers of Specks each season. We run it honest, meaning that if we are not seeing solid numbers of Specks around, we will let you know the conditions and leave it up to you to decide to go through with the hunt or skip it. We do not charge if PM Speck Hunts are cancelled. Typically, ducks are not as active in the afternoons as they are in the mornings, unless it is during the freeze or a front pushing through, however if you have not filled your daily bag limit, we will also target ducks if you would like to  on these PM Hunts. 

During Early Speck Season, we will typically hunt in the morning and afternoon, depending on bird numbers and client preferences. For your own private group during Early Speck Season, we require 6 or more hunters, if you have less than 6 in your party, we may combine depending on conditions.

During Conservation Season, we will typically hunt in the morning and afternoon, depending on bird numbers and client preferences. For your own private group during Conservation Goose Season, we require 8 or more hunters, if you have less than 8 in your party, we may combine depending on conditions.

Lodging only, meals not included. We have 7 different lodges which gives us the ability to try our best to match up our available lodging options with exactly the experience our groups are looking for. Some of our lodges are out on farms for more of the "Duck Camp" experience while others are in town which provides exceptional conveniences. We also have private Duck Cottages available for those smaller groups or families who would like their own private place. Most of our lodges have between 4-5 bedrooms and 8-12 beds and all our lodges have kitchens, coffee makers, microwaves, stoves, ovens and grills.  We do not mix groups inside of bedrooms and do our best to schedule like minded groups together, so that the time spent in the kitchens and common spaces will be enjoyable.

We offer Lodging with all meals included for a very reasonable rate of $125 pp/night. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner will be prepared for your group, as well as lots of snacks. Breakfast usually consist of sausage biscuits or breakfast casseroles. Lunch will normally be chili, slider sandwiches, or taco soup and dinner usually consist of salad with spaghetti, BBQ ribs, pork, chicken, steaks, or Mexican Food including the "Dustin Special Burrito!"
