Sisco has been with us for several years, bringing tons of experience, leadership and a no quit hard work ethic. He is dedicated to helping lead the DLW family and investing in each of the guides he has the opportunity to mentor.

Matt prides himself on working birds, especially Specks and giving his clients the opportunity to experience birds responding to the call. He always works hard to provide incredible memories during the hunt and afterwards.

Hockey brings over 43 years of experience and wisdom to our team. After retiring as a union laborer/general manager, Hockey has continued pursuing his passion for waterfowl. He is owner of Hawk Run Custom Calls and clients love the camaraderie they build in the blind with Hockey.

Adam has years of experience chasing the white geese and has gained valuable experience in the rice fields of Arkansas. Adam served our country in the Army and is currently continuing to serve as an army reservist. 

Barrett is cohost of Off The X Podcast, one of the premier duck hunting podcast out there and brings years of experience pursuing waterfowl to our team. He is a family man, real estate investor and proud dad.

Forrest is a World Champion Caller, cohost of Off The X Podcast, owner of Pond Creek Duck Calls, husband to Leah and incredible father. Forrest has an incredible network in the outdoor industry and brings tons of experience to our team.

Drew is filled with a passion for waterfowl and helping others to experience the beauty of feet down and in your face birds. He brings years of pursuing ducks and geese to our team. Drew is a family man who is committed to working hard for our clients.

Joe is a former Infantry Squad Leader in the US Army and still currently serves. He is an incredible husband and father and his best hunting buddies call him "Dad". Joe is cohost of Flyway Connections Podcast and loves to pursue the Specks and is a very gifted caller, just don't ever ask him if he knows what a combination lock looks like...

Tom is a retired police officer who has years of experience guiding from Canada all the way down to Texas. Tom is one of the hardest workers we have ever seen, always willing to help out anyone on our team, anytime day or night. He has an incredible passion for the outdoors.
